Information we collect

We receive order references, payment status, amount and the checkout email from Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, billing address, payment information and device information to process and protect payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; this site does not store full card numbers. We also record the terms and immediate-access consent accepted at checkout, the applicable policy text, and when access is supplied.

Website and library access

Cloudflare hosts this site and its order database. Your browser uses session storage for a private checkout and library-access code. The code is sent to our server to verify payment and reopen the purchased materials. Request information, including IP addresses and browser details, may be processed by Cloudflare to operate and protect the website. The checkout also uses a temporary hash of the request IP to limit excessive requests. We do not use advertising analytics on this site.

How information is used

We use this information to process purchases, verify payment, supply the library, resolve support requests, prevent misuse and keep records required for accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell order information for advertising or subscribe buyers to marketing automatically.

Service providers

Payments are handled by Stripe. Website hosting, payment endpoints and the order database are provided by Cloudflare. Email sent to our Gmail support address is processed by Google. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. They process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention and requests

We retain order and consent records as needed to provide access, resolve payment disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address the request and related obligations. Contact fanvueact1@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion where available. Some records must be retained to satisfy legal obligations or resolve disputes. Do not send card details or your private access code by email unless support specifically provides a secure process.
